I don't get it.

Who is the client? You or me?

As a client... scratch that... As a paying client, I should get what I want without making my life harder than it is before. Even if you are not a service company, you should still make sure that what ever you do, good customer service is there.


Maybe I will just (sings) "keep dancing" to keep my mind off things for awhile. Give me something to work on will ya?
